They shift from\nsome start point to some specified end point. Frames can be used with and\nwithout partitions, but it's often a good idea to specify an ordering of the\nwindow to ensure a deterministic result. In a frame, a peer in a frame is a row\nwith an equivalent value, or all rows if an ordering clause isn't present.</p>\n<p>The default starting point for a frame is <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\"><span class=\"pre\">UNBOUNDED</span> <span class=\"pre\">PRECEDING</span></code> which is the\nfirst row of the partition. The end point is always explicitly included in the\nSQL generated by the ORM and is by default <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\"><span class=\"pre\">UNBOUNDED</span> <span class=\"pre\">FOLLOWING</span></code>. The default\nframe includes all rows from the partition to the last row in the set.</p>\n<p>The accepted values for the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\"><span class=\"pre\">start</span></code> and <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\"><span class=\"pre\">end</span></code> arguments are <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\"><span class=\"pre\">None</span></code>, an\ninteger, or zero.
