To work around name collisions, part of the\nname may contain <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\"><span class=\"pre\">'%(app_label)s'</span></code> and <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\"><span class=\"pre\">'%(class)s'</span></code>, which are\nreplaced, respectively, by the lowercased app label and class name of the\nconcrete model. Django doesn't validate this but PostgreSQL will error. Instead, partial indexes can be\nemulated using functional indexes.
