<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">User.is_authenticated</code> and <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">User.is_anonymous</code> properties to be\ncompared using <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">==</code>, <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">!=</code>, and <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">|</code> (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/26988\">#26988</a>, <a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27154\">#27154</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Removed the broken <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">BaseCommand.usage()</code> method which was for\n<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">optparse</code> support (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27000\">#27000</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed a checks framework crash with an empty <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">Meta.default_permissions</code>\n(<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/26997\">#26997</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed a regression in the number of queries when using <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">RadioSelect</code> with a\n<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">ModelChoiceField</code> form field (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27001\">#27001</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed a crash if <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">request.META['CONTENT_LENGTH']</code> is an empty string\n(<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27005\">#27005</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">isnull</code> lookup on a <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">ForeignKey</code> with its <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">to_field</code>\npointing to a <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">CharField</code> or pointing to a <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">CharField</code> defined with\n<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">primary_key=True</code> (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/26983\">#26983</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Prevented the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">migrate</code> command from raising\n<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">InconsistentMigrationHistory</code> in the presence of unapplied squashed\nmigrations (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27004\">#27004</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed a regression in <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">Client.force_login()</code> which required specifying a\n<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">backend</code> rather than automatically using the first one if multiple\nbackends are configured (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27027\">#27027</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Made <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">QuerySet.bulk_create()</code> properly initialize model instances on\nbackends, such as PostgreSQL, that support returning the IDs of the created\nrecords so that many-to-many relationships can be used on the new objects\n(<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27026\">#27026</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed crash of <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">django.views.static.serve()</code> with <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">show_indexes</code> enabled\n(<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/26973\">#26973</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">ClearableFileInput</code> to avoid the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">required</code> HTML attribute when\ninitial data exists (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27037\">#27037</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed annotations with database functions when combined with lookups on\nPostGIS (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27014\">#27014</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Reallowed the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">{% for %}</code> tag to unpack any iterable (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27058\">#27058</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Made <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">makemigrations</code> skip inconsistent history checks on non-default\ndatabases if database routers aren’t in use or if no apps can be migrated\nto the database (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27054\">#27054</a>, <a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27110\">#27110</a>, <a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27142\">#27142</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Removed duplicated managers in <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">Model._meta.managers</code> (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27073\">#27073</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">contrib.admindocs</code> crash when a view is in a class, such as some of\nthe admin views (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27018\">#27018</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Reverted a few admin checks that checked <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">field.many_to_many</code> back to\n<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">isinstance(field, models.ManyToManyField)</code> since it turned out the checks\nweren’t suitable to be generalized like that (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/26998\">#26998</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Added the database alias to the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">InconsistentMigrationHistory</code> message\nraised by <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">makemigrations</code> and <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">migrate</code> (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27089\">#27089</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed the creation of <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">ContentType</code> and <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">Permission</code> objects for models\nof applications without migrations when calling the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">migrate</code> command with\nno migrations to apply (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27044\">#27044</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Included the already applied migration state changes in the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">Apps</code> instance\nprovided to the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">pre_migrate</code> signal receivers to allow <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">ContentType</code>\nrenaming to be performed on model rename (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27100\">#27100</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Reallowed subclassing <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">UserCreationForm</code> without <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">USERNAME_FIELD</code> in\n<code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">Meta.fields</code> (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\" href=\"https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27111\">#27111</a>).</p></li>\n<li><p>Fixed a regression in model forms where model fields with a <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">default</code> that\ndidn’t appear in POST data no longer used the <code class=\"docutils literal notranslate\">default</code> (<a class=\"extlink-ticket reference external\"
